How Long To Read It is a free, private reading time calculator that answers the question every reader asks: how long will this book take me? Instead of guessing based on generic averages, we measure your actual reading speed and give you personalized estimates for any book.
Why We Built It
Most readers underestimate or overestimate how fast they read. Online tools give you a number based on "average" speed, but nobody reads at the average. We wanted a tool that respects your individual pace — whether you are a fast reader tearing through thrillers or a careful reader savoring literary fiction.
We also wanted a place to organize reading lists without signing up for yet another account. Your books, your pace, your goals — all stored privately in your browser.
